1. Who we are

2. Scope of these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the use of this website and to all sales contracts concluded through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
These terms are supplemented by our Returns and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of the agreement between us.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable national or European Union law.
3. Who may place an order
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, or place the order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Our products are offered for personal, non-commercial use. We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be intended for resale, or that are unusually large in quantity.
4. Products and product information
Product descriptions, technical specifications, and images are provided for information purposes and are based on information supplied by manufacturers and distributors.
Product images are illustrative. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and accessories shown in an image are included only where they are expressly listed in the product description.
All products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you without undue delay and refund any amount already paid for that product.
5. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euro and include applicable value added tax, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you complete your order.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed by us.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. We will contact you and offer either confirmation of the order at the corrected price or cancellation with a full refund.
6. How a contract is concluded
The presentation of products on this website is an invitation to place an order and does not constitute a binding offer.
By completing the checkout process, you place a binding order. We will then send you an order confirmation by email, which acknowledges receipt of your order.
The sales contract is concluded when we confirm that your order has been accepted or, at the latest, when we dispatch the products to you.
Before completing your order, you have the opportunity to review the products selected, the total price, the delivery details, and to correct any input errors.
7. Payment
Payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment service providers, and card details are not stored by us.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed, unless a different arrangement is expressly offered at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any amount paid where payment cannot be verified, where the order appears fraudulent, or where verification requested from you is not provided within a reasonable period.
8. Delivery
Delivery areas, delivery times, and delivery costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and are normally calculated from payment confirmation. The current estimated delivery time is set out in our Shipping Policy and is 7–12 calendar days unless a different timeframe is clearly stated before the order is placed.
Where you are a consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
9. Right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European Union consumer law. We voluntarily extend this period to 20 calendar days.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, which is at least two years from delivery unless the law applicable to the consumer provides a longer period.
Where a product does not conform to the sales contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund, subject to the conditions and the order of remedies established by applicable law.
Any additional commercial guarantee offered by a manufacturer applies in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
11. Product safety information
Information about the manufacturer and, where applicable, the responsible person established in the European Union is provided on the relevant product pages.
Please read the safety information and the manufacturer’s instructions before using a product, and use the product only for its intended purpose.
12. Use of this website
You agree not to use this website in a way that is unlawful, or that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation or security.
In particular, you agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, to use automated systems to extract data on a systematic basis, or to submit false or misleading information when placing an order.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website where necessary to protect its security, integrity, or availability.
13. Intellectual property
Unless indicated otherwise, the content of this website is protected by copyright and related rights and may not be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used commercially without our prior written consent.
Trademarks, brand names, and logos of manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products offered.
14. Availability of the website
We aim to keep this website available at all times, but access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or negligence in accordance with applicable law.
We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of a product contrary to its intended purpose or to the manufacturer’s instructions, nor for damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury and liability under mandatory product liability rules.
16. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Details of the data we collect, the purposes of processing, and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
17. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with a product or with our service, please contact us first at info@eltro. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it without undue delay.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of the Republic of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs), or use the out-of-court dispute resolution procedures available in their country of residence.
18. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms to reflect changes in our services, in our operations, or in applicable law. The version of the terms in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any sales contract concluded through this website are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia.
Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you are resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
